Message	According to the official statement on the Mobil 1 Extended Performance label: “Extended service is not recommended in severe service applications involving racing and commercial use, frequent towing or hauling, extremely dusty or dirty conditions, or excessive idling.” It is stunningly easy for a vehicle to fall into a severe-service category. Even granny who only drives her car once per week down to the corner store falls into a severe-service category. I hope you're changing your oil FREQUENTLY if you're using Mobil 1. Best of luck.
